Environmental Development Company (EDCO) was established in 2005 with the objective to deliver thorough environmental services with emphasis on hazardous waste management, its transportation, treatment and disposal, and other related environmental services.

EDCO operates its Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF) for hazardous & non Hazardous wastes generated by both medium and large industries either national or foreign industries. The facility is located approximately 4 Km west of the Royal Commission landfill on the south side of road 274 which is the southern limit of Jubail phase II. Empowered by its strict compliance with Royal Commission Environment Regulation as well as international industrial standards, EDCO has been delivering world class performance on the industrial hazardous waste management and its related services, this quality has been the hallmark of EDCO's contribution toward its clients waste management needs.

As part of its development, service diversification and technological advancement as well as customer service experience has become a constant improvement of EDCO progress .
